International Marketplace : Strategic Communication
with The Lafayette Square Area Coalition and The International Marketplace of Indianapolis, Indiana
JAN 2012 - MAY 2012
Visual Communication, Design Research + Design Strategy + Branding
The Lafayette Square Area Coalition is a not-for-profit organization comprised of businesses, concerned citizens and community leaders who encourage economic growth and development on the Northwest side of Indianapolis, Indiana. LSAC is actively working to transform the Lafayette Square Area into the International Marketplace. They are recognized as a thriving cultural, commercial and connected destination within Indianapolis, specifically known for their ethnic food restaurants and marketplaces. To commence the renaming and structural changes to the International Marketplace, our team designed a communications campaign kit, complete with new branding, communication tools, strategic plans for messaging. The visual identity we developed encourages the visitors to compare their exploration of the International Marketplace to the idea of traveling the world.
